De/compositional Logic includes bursts of delirium, ambiguous explorations of feeling and perception, altered physical and mental states, and expositions of the alluring pollution of the capitalist spectacle. Prismatic studies exist here with wanderings and never realized calamity mediations, while the blending of past and present tenses and the temptingly delicate promise of sublime escape our grasp. Technological transgression is in contrast with ideas about desire mediation and the terrifying traumas of modern society. This screening is organized and curated by Fall 22 ART349 students with the supervision of Professor Marcos Serafim.
The screening is FREE to attend and will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.
