F*ST! Female* StoryTellers presents “Fight the Power” at The Loft Cinema on Tuesday, January 28 at 7:00pm as part of the Tucson Comedy Crawl. F*ST! (pronounced “FIST!”) is a grassroots, all-volunteer nonprofit dedicated to raising the voices of women, transgender, and non-binary folks while raising money for great local causes that benefit our community! Each show includes five to six true stories featuring the storyteller’s unique– and frequently hilarious–take on the central theme. This month we’re going to hear how our storytellers FIGHT THE POWER to crush patriarchy, smash fascism, KO inequality, and destroy white supremacy.

Tickets are $8 and proceeds will benefit Tucson Second Chance Community Bail Fund, a member of the National Bail Fund Network bringing freedom to Tucson! The Tucson Second Chance Community Bail Fund (TSCCBF) was established to address the disproportionate impact of the cash bail system on communities of color and vulnerable populations here in Pima County. The TSCCBF wants to help restore economic justice and dignity to people by helping them return home, keep their jobs, retain custody of their children and fight their cases in court.

This show is all-ages but it is also live and uncensored and will include strong language and adult themes. ASL interpreters provided. Interested in telling a story with F*ST!? Learn more at fstorytellers.com
