LGBTQ+ Author Talk: Kianna Alexander

Pima County Public Library’s Pride Team is happy to host the annual LGBTQ+ Author Talk, this time with romance author Kianna Alexander!
And this time we’re going back to The Loft Cinema, where Kianna will be in conversation with PCPL Librarian Jessica P. Pryde, followed by a Q&A and book signing with book sales by Mostly Books.
Kianna Alexander is the author of over 50 romance novels, but has only recently been able to write about what she really always wanted to explore: queer Black women. Her most recent novels, Can’t Resist Her and Can’t Let Her Go both focus on the lives and loves of Black sapphics, offering the same Happily Ever After more often offered to other groups in romance. And with Carolina Built, Kianna Alexander stretches her historian legs and digs into the life of Black real estate magnate Josephine N. Leary.
Please note, ASL interpretation will be available for this event.
This is a rental of The Loft Cinema, presented by Pima County Public Library’s Pride Team.
