The Doom Generation

Gregg Araki’s provocative, darkly humorous, delightfully depraved fifth feature premiered at Sundance in 1995, but hasn’t been seen again in its complete form … until now. After a wild night, troubled teenage lovers Jordan White (James Duval, Donnie Darko) and Amy Blue (Rose McGowan, Planet Terror, in her first starring role) pick up dangerously handsome drifter Xavier Red (Jonathan Schaech, That Thing You Do!). When Xavier inadvertently kills a convenience store clerk, the trio embarks on a sex-and-violence-filled odyssey through a bizarre America of random psychos, sleazy motels and quickie marts.
