Ticket Prices

Tickets for all films can be purchased on the website or at our box office. The box office opens daily a half hour before the day’s first screening.

 

There is a $1.50 per ticket service fee for online orders. Service fees are non-refundable.

There is no service fee when purchasing tickets in person at the box office. Tickets may not be put on hold to be purchased at a later time.

There is a $1 surcharge for all 3D screenings and $2 surcharge for all 70mm screenings.

Matinee – any screening before 4:00pm.

Please Note: Screen 2 is not currently wheelchair accessible.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds and ticket exchanges will be provided up to the scheduled start time of a film or event*

*For special events, including but not limited to: Sing-a-Longs, Holiday Parties and overnight events, tickets will be refunded or exchanged up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the event. This gives the Loft an opportunity to re-sell the tickets.

Ticket refunds and exchanges can be done at the box office or over the phone. The refund will go back to the original payment method. Service fees are non-refundable.

Refunds back to a credit/debit cards can take 5 to 7 business days to go back to your account.
