It’s REVENGE OF THE SEQUELS Month at Mondo Mondays, featuring a bevy of ridiculous follow-ups you never knew you needed, but that you can’t live without! This time, it’s personal …

“He’s the ultimate killer!  She’s the ultimate weapon!” It’s basic B-movie math:  Ninjas + Aerobics + Demonic Possession = Mondo Perfection!  When a high-kicking aerobics instructor becomes possessed by the spirit of an evil ninja who uses her body to seek revenge on the cops who killed him, her lunk-head boyfriend just doesn’t understand and a deadly one-eyed ninja is called in to perform an exorcism. Hijinks ensue. In this alleged final installment of the kooky ‘80s Ninja Trilogy that also includes Enter the Ninja and Revenge of the Ninja (naturally, it has absolutely nothing to do with either), spunky telephone repair woman / aerobics coach Christie Ryder (Lucinda Dickey, Breakin’ 2: Electric Boogaloo), is possessed by a nasty ninja who has just been killed in a police shootout. At first, changes in her behavior are limited to having strange interactions with an arcade game, doing sexy things with V8 juice and being attracted to an unusually hairy police officer. But soon enough, Christie graduates to glowing eyeballs, a rumbling voice and the ability to knock obnoxious frat dudes through brick walls. Coupled with the levitating ninja sword that floats through her apartment and her unquenchable desire to dress up in a ninja hoodie and murder off-duty police officers, Christie quickly realizes that she has big ninja trouble and requires an exorcism, STAT!  Ludicrous to the extreme, filled with goofy gore and even goofier ‘80s attitude, Ninja III: The Domination (filmed in lovely Phoenix, Arizona!!!!!) is a veritable treasure trove of bad movie amazing-ness from Cannon Films. (Dir. by Sam Firstsenberg, 1984, USA, 92 mins., Rated R)
